Chris Iguchi has called Richmond home since graduating from Christopher Newport University over 12 years ago and thoroughly enjoys all that our wonderful city has to offer. Before becoming a realtor, Chris worked in marketing at several area companies and then went on to start his own small business. Formerly residing in a 1920s craftsman cottage in the historic neighborhood of Bellevue, Chris now lives with his wife and two children in Richmond's West End. But keeping true to his city roots, he regularly spends time in the Fan, Carytown and downtown checking out local restaurants and rummaging through record stores. Chris enjoys mountain biking along the trails of Belle Isle and attending concerts at outdoor festivals and in lesser-known venues.
